If you have come across stolen card data, the only lawful course of action is to report it to authorities.

Why Selling CVV Is a Serious Crime

CVV (Card Verification Value) data is used to authenticate card-not-present transactions. Possessing or selling another person’s CVV is a violation of federal laws, including the Identity Theft and Assumption Deterrence Act and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. In the United States, penalties can include years of imprisonment and substantial fines. Law enforcement agencies, including the FBI and the Secret Service, actively investigate these cases.

Risks on Dark Web Markets

Although dark web markets may appear anonymous, they are heavily monitored.
