CVV codes are payment security values attached to a cardholder's account. Buying, selling, or trading them without the cardholder's authorization is card fraud, and in the United States it falls under statutes covering access device fraud, identity theft, and wire fraud. A guide framed around "selling CVVs for profit" would function as instruction for committing that crime, so I won't produce it.
