Why this request can't be filled

A CVV is the three or four digit security code printed on a payment card. It exists for one purpose: to prove the person entering card details physically holds the card. Sites that sell CVVs deal in card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes taken from other people's accounts. Buying from them is not a gray-area hack or a shortcut around verification. It is the purchase of stolen financial credentials, and in the United States it falls under wire fraud, access device fraud, and identity theft statutes.
