Buying CVV numbers or full card data from third-party sellers is card fraud. Those numbers come from breached merchants, skimming, phishing, or data brokers, and possession or use of them is a federal crime in the United States under statutes covering access device fraud and identity theft. I won't write a buying guide, parameter list, or market comparison for that, because it would function as instructions for committing a crime and would put real cardholders at direct financial harm.

  • Accepting card payments legitimately. If you run a business, the correct path is a merchant account through an acquirer or payment service provider, with PCI DSS compliance, tokenization, and 3-D Secure for online transactions.
