Every site claiming to sell stolen card data works outside the law. The “no commission” promise is simply a hook to separate you from your money — or to set you up for a federal cybercrime charge. I look at dozens of so-called shops every month, and none of them can give you a real guarantee.

First choice: don’t buy, don’t browse

Your first pick needs to be walking away. CVV shops, whether they advertise "no commission" or not, deal in unauthorized access to financial accounts. That’s a crime for the seller and the buyer. No trustworthy operation can put a refund policy on stolen data.

Option 2: Telegram “vouchered” groups

These look like a safer alternative with escrow and reviews. They’re often run by the same scammers. No commission is a lie; the commission is hidden in higher card prices or exit scams.

Option 3: Dark web marketplaces

Darknet shops show vendor ratings and dispute systems. But law enforcement runs many of them. Even a “perfect” shop can disappear overnight with your payment.

Option 4: “Fresh clone” card shops

Often advertised with high success rates. The data is old, tracked, or fake. You lose money, and the carding is monitored by banks.
